EMBEDDED SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
  • Proficiency with open source cross-compiler tools and Linux kernel development.
  • Experience deploying commercial embedded Linux systems.
  • Experience in using Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Telecommunication Protocol Analyzers.
  • Experience in Real Time OS such as VxWorks,pSOS and Linux.
  • Demonstrated software programming proficiency (C/C++/scripting).
  • Hands on experience in ZigBee WiMAX/WiFi RF protocol developments.
  • Strong understanding of processor and hardware requirements around embedded Linux.
  • Knowledge and experience in:
      • - OMAP3/OMAP4 & freescale 83xx with linux kernel 2.6.
      - Embedded Linux device driver.
      - Embedded Linux Network Internal.
      - Embedded Linux Kernel Optimization.
  • Knowledge of Linux driver architecture, especially related to Fibre Interface.
  • Work experience 3GPP and LTE protocol development.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.

Required SkillSets
  • Engineering Graduate in ECE or Telecommunications or EEE (Minimum Degree Holder).
  • Minimum 3 years experience in developing firmware for embedded Linux platforms.
